Question about 3Com OfficeConnect Router
I've been having this problem for a long time since I bought this on 2005. The problem is, I've already set up the internet connection, but it sometimes can be connected to the internet and sometimes it disconnected automatically then connected by itself again. I thought it was the problem with ISP at first, but after I used the other modem, I realized that it's the problem with the router, and I 've swapped a new one with 3Com at New Zealand, but the same problem still happen. Can you tell me what to do? It would be appreciated if you can also send an e-mail for me to email@example.com

If you are using DSL you will need to consult your isp about proper router configuration... meaning the modem will have to be bridged and the router configured to authenticate for you. this avoids an issue called dual NAT in the U.S. dsl providers use PPPoE for authentication i am not sure which of the available options you will use in New Zealand, and how to configure the options for it. if you are using cable or some other type of connection this will not help :/
