How do I get a manual for my Mr Coffee BVMCPSTX91-WN? the clean light is on and I don't how how to clean it or how to get the light off

The Mr Coffee web site has the manual on the product page: http://www.mrcoffee.com/coffee-makers/mr.-coffee-optimal-brew-10-cup-thermal-coffeemaker-black/BVMC-PSTX91.html . Click on the Service and Support tab. The direct link to the manual is http://demandware.edgesuite.net/aamb_prd/on/demandware.static/Sites-mr-coffee-Site/Sites-mr-coffee-Library/default/v1426159971356/documents/instruction-manuals/BVMC-PSTX91_43_72624326.PDF . (You'll need Adobe Reader or a similar program to print the manual.)

The Clean light will come on when the Clean button is held. It won't go off until the cleaning cycle is complete; it's completely automated. You need 4 cups (20 oz.) of white vinegar or the Mr. Coffee Cleaner (diluted as directed on the package). Make sure to remove the water filter disk from the unit before cleaning. Pour the vinegar or cleaning solution into the reservoir into the reservoir. Put in a paper coffee filter or the permanent filter into the brew basket and slide it into place. Put the empty decanter in place. Now you should press the Clean button until the Clean light comes on. The unit should slow brew 3 cups of the cleaning solution and then pause for about 30 minutes while the Clean light remains on. It should then brew the remaining solution. After the cycle finishes, the Clean light should go off. Afterwards, you need to empty the decanter and rinse it with clean water. Fill the reservoir with fresh, clean water. Then replace the decanter. The cycle could take an hour.

I hope this helps.

(some brewing systems light the Clean lamp when it's time to clean the unit after lime deposits build up. To my knowledge, most of the Mr. Coffee brewers do not.)

COFFEE® Cleaner or vinegar. MR. COFFEE® Cleaner is available at manyretail stores or by calling the MR. COFFEE® Consumer Service Department at 1-800-MR COFFEE(1-800-672-6333). 1. Follow packageinstructions to prepare one batch of MR. COFFEE® Cleaner. Pour the mixture into the water reservoir. Before decalcifying, remove the water filtration disk from the machine. NOTE: 4 cups or 20 fl. oz. of undiluted, white householdvinegar may be used as a substitute for the cleaner. 2. Place an emptyMR. COFFEE® 10-12 cup basket-style paper filter or MR. COFFEE® permanent filter into the filter basketand slide the brew basket in place. 3. Place theempty decanter back in the unit. 4. Press theCLEAN button until the CLEAN indicator light turns on (Figure 9). For your convenience the cleaning cycle isautomatic. The entire cycle will take 45-60 minutes to complete. During thecleaning your coffeemaker will: a. Slow brewapprox. 3 cups of cleaning solution. b. Pause for 30minutes (the CLEAN light will remain on to alert you that the process is active). c. After 30minutes, your coffeemaker will brew the remainder of the cleaning solution. d. When complete, the CLEAN light will turn off and your coffeemaker will turn off. 5. How do I clean my mr. coffee?

MR COFFEE FTX49. Brewing starts, then stops

Mine just started to do the exact same thing. So I decided to clean it using the "Clean" program and just water. I put the brewer through the cleaning program 3 times - each time it would brew water from 12 cups to 8 cups, I'd tap the brewer on the countertop, it would brew from 8 cups to 4 cups, tap it again, and it would brew the remaining cups. So, I called the Mr. Coffee help line (800-672-6333). The most-likely problem is that the hose is no longer attached in the water reservoir. The help line suggested that I take it in to a service center. I live in Urbana, IL and the closest service center is in Oak Lawn, IL - 2 hours away from me!!
Here is my solution:
1) Buy another coffee brewer.
or
2) Smash your current Mr. Coffee brewer into a million pieces (this relieves stress) and go buy another coffee brewer (probably stay away from Mr. Coffee products).
Hope this helps.
