There's a site called www.plasticase.com
also www.ULine.com that makes those plastic cases.
Also www.SingerMachinesPlus.com
maybe these will help have your model # handy.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I inherited a singer model 9410. I have never used this model and am not quite sure how to insert the bobbin. My last sewing machine was a front load for the bobbin.

Go to the singer website
Go to the home page
At the bottom of the page look for instruction manual--click on it
It will take you to another page
In the box put the model number (example 9410 ) & click search
They have a free download,,the second one is free

The bobbin case will not stay in my singer 9410 machine. The case has broken before. I have a new one and I cannot get it to work.

Hi. The position finger on the right hand side needs to be adjusted closer to the case. It may very well be bent. If it is bent, it needs to be repaced.

Bobbin case came out of my singer 9323 and I dont

The bobbin case should sit flat on the raceway and make sure the metal clip is pushed over to hold it in

Singer 9410 Bobbin

Update:  Today I took my machine in to get serviced - they replaced the metal bobbin I was using with a plastic one, that was a little less rattley inside the bobbin case, replaced the needle with a new, universal one, and changed out the thread with something a little higher quality.  They also adjusted the spring holding the bobbin case slightly, and now it seems to work fine.  I'm not sure how long it will last, but for now I'm good.

Singer sewing machine model 9410 - Seems like each time I change bobbin I have trouble sewing. 1. Plastic case bobbin sits in comes loose - finally think I have metal bar over that securely. 2. It's...

I have the same problem and the part that the bobbin sits in is called a STITCH LENGTH CONTROL CRANK Part number 312801 That's all I could find out. Unfortunately for me - that little lip on that part broke off. I didn't realize it had come loose and when I changed out the bobbin - crunch! Do you know where to get parts online???

I had the same problem and after looking on here and finding no answer I went back to my machine and found out what the problem was...ok, where the bobbin case sets in,the metal plate beside it needs to be fitted right close to the bobbin case, so loosen the screws(just two of them) that are in the plate(DO NOT REMOVE JUST LOOSEN) and slide the metal plate over some just enough to fit snug...NOT TOO TIGHT... if its seems to sew too tight loosen it a bit It worked for me, GOOD LUCK
