Deep fryer not working (by 2 users)

I had the same problem with mine. Fortunately when I first purchased the fryer it was under warranty and Ultrex sent me a replacement. At the same time I went ahead and ordered an additional one to keep on hand and now glad I did. When I took the broken unit apart I noticed the connection to the reset button had melted, therefore, neither the light nor the heating element would work. I am looking around the internet to find a replacement reset button switch to swap out the broken one and then if it works, keep it as a backup. If anyone knows where to get ahold of the reset button switch box please post.
