Possible that the drain pump/valve is faulty or is clogged. It is best to check the voltage on the pump/valve of the washer , if absent the program controller must be checked., if present with no drain then the pump/valve is clogged /failed and must be taken out to be cleaned or replaced.

The wash pump runs the water which turn the wash arms. (cleaning wheels).

See this diagram. If it is not same as your dishwasher then you will have to post me the full model no. of your dishwasher - something like KUDI01ILBL1 etc/
