You were not helpful at all.  You were responding to a PC problem when I said I am using this program on my MAC.  By the way I am also a PC person and the Program (Painter X, and the Mosaic feature works fine on it).  I used the Painter Forum Magazine site and learned that the Development Team is aware that there is a bug in the  Painter Program and the Mosaic feature does not work with Leopard.
Why would I pay for a premium service with you when you don't know what you are talking about?

My paint brush drawer won't open for Corel Painter Essentials 4!

Hey man, I feel you pain. I have windows 7 now too (64 bit) and CPE4 is giving me exactly the same problem. I can do everything except open my brush drawer, or acess my recently used brushes/favorite brushes.

I've been looking for a solution for days. I'll post here again if i find something.

You may have an incompatible version of that software. You might want to try an earlier version of essentials.

Brush Tracking Defaults

If you are experiencing problems starting Corel Painter Essentials 4, try resetting your user workspace. You can reset your user workspace to the factory default by holding down the Shift key when you start Corel Painter Essentials 4. A prompt appears and asks you to confirm the restoration of factory default settings.
