Question about Televison & Video
The closed captions suddenly appeared on screen. I went to the menu and checked to see if they had been turned on and they were not. I've repeatedly turned them on and off via the normal method but they will not go away even though they are turned off.
I handed the remote back to my visiting 4 yr old granddaughter and asked her if she could make the words go away.......she showed me the "language" button on the cable remote and told me she likes to see the words so she can "read" them. Ya'll need a new "expert"? she works cheap.....red suckers.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
