My logitech webcam model number V-UT16 and V-UBS47 won't install to my vista. Help Please! i'd appreciate it much.

1st You download Webcam Driver.
M/N:v-ubs47 P/N:860-000010 PID:LZ8410A
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

i dosn't know my web camera m/n please tell me which model is correct m/n v-u16 or v-ut16

Look on the web cam for the model or Name:
eg:
QuickCam® Communicate Deluxe
M/N V-UBE43
the "V-UBE43" is the model number
other examples are
M/N: V-UAP42
M/N: V-UT16
M/N: V-UCJ45
M/N: V-UBK45
and so on .....

Hi - not much information but I guess you are having trouble installing the software. Go to the logitech website - identify your product and download the software from there. Once you have it installed click > start > all programs > logitech webcam and this will launch the toolbar where you can get aquainted with it.
