Open you email program, click on the outbox once, in the right side of the window is the email trying to upload. right click on it once & left click Delete. That will stop it from going out but will not delete any files from your system.

Have more question, feel free to ask.

Good Luck & Kind Regards.

Try to right click the picture and click delete. Once you have deleted all the pictures, If the pictures are from your email sent to you... SAVE it in JPEG format to minimized file size. then try attached all pictures to your email and send

I want to send a file to my friend through email?

Hello ,

Here is the solution for you . Just follow the steps below :
  1. Open a new email and address it to whomever you are sending the photo to.(for eg : Click on the compose mail and enter the email address)
  2. Click "Attach," which is typically located on the tool bar above the body of the email template. It will also generally have a paper clip graphic to help you locate that button.
  3. Select the "File" option. Many email programs offer a "File" or "Photo" option; simply select the "File" option as it's much easier and has no effect on how the file is sent or received.
  4. Choose the photo you want to send from your computer. You can access different files in your computer by choosing the "Browse" option at the bottom of the Menu box. Once you pick the photo, select "Open" to attach it to your email. This may take a few moments, so be patient.
  5. Review your email. You should see an attachment directly below the subject line of your email; that is your photo. You can repeat the process to add more than one photo if you choose to do so.
  6. Write your email and send it as you normally would.
Hope you be successful.

Its about a digital photo keychain

Are you trying to load multiple photos at a time? try a single if so. Your photos may be to large for the keychain to support, try a couple jpeg files off the internet or small photo files that come in email. If those load, format the keychain and reduce the size of your photos

I am trying to list an item for sale but cant find my photos

How big are they....depending on the size there are a lot of sites that won't allow a large upload. If that is the case, download a free program called Pixresizer. It allows you to load an original then you pick how big you want the picture to be and still keep the orientation the same. Just rename the picture to another name or it will do it for you. Nice little program.

After I have downloaded an image from my Logutech camera, I would like to send this as ane-mail attachement. how do I do this please.

Most people store their pictures in the My picture folder which is located in My Documents. You must also consider the size of the file before you send it. A large picture can take along time to download and the person you are sending it to may not happy about that. For example pictures taken from a 7 mega pixel digital camera can be huge and must be resized. Sometimes your email program will ask you if you would like to make your picture smaller to send.
How to place a picture with your email
In the email
  1. Open a New Message box
  2. Choose insert from the top menu, then choose Picture.

  1. The box below appears. Press on Browse to find the picture you want to insert.
  2. Add some Alternate Text. This shows up when the user places their mouse over the picture. Then Press OK.

The screen shot below shows that I have inserted a picture into my email. If someone sent you an email with a picture in it and you want to save it to your computer, right click your mouse on the picture. A menu will appear. Then choose save picture as....

As an attachment
  1. Open a New Message box
  2. Choose insert from the top menu, then choose File Attachment.
  3. Now you can find the picture you want, click on it and the filename box will be filled in for you. Then Press Attach. See Screenshot below.
  4. Now all you have to do it write your message and send.

Hi..I've downloaded pictures and videos from my digital camera. I am able to send the pictures but not the vidoes.....can you help? Thank you, Rachel

I'm suspecting your internet service provider can't handle the large files (maybe the connection is too slow, or your email account has a file size limitation). Try to create a SMALL video file with your camera...literally no more than 1 or 2 seconds, so that it will have SMALL size. If possible, use a smaller/lower resolution video setting to help keep the file size down. Then upload the small file to your email. Check the file size to see the size as compared to the other videos, and your regular photos. If you are able to send it, and the size is similar to your photos, then it means that the other videos are just too big. (how big are those original video files you were having touble with?).

Trouble opening jpeg files and other images in email. All my photo's are jpeg and I have no trouble opening them up.

Which email and browser are you using to open the images?

Basically, try sending your pictures to an email that will allow you to open big files, such as inbox or gmail.

When I take pics with my just purchsed z1012 is digital camra and download to my computor, the pics are not in a form that they can be uploaded to to my real estate listing service system ie: the pics have...

The problem is the Files are in the wrong format. Although Im not an Easy Share User, I believe the File Format is .JPE, Where the Normal File Extensions (That your Website would handle) Is .jpg or .bmp. You would need to convert this file. If you have PhotoShop or another Photo Editing Software, This will do the Trick, Also There are also Converter Programs, But I wouldnt Trust them unless your Certain they are reliable.

I have tried everything in the manual and I can't send a photo in a e-mail. When I click send it refuses to send it.

Might need more information. You are attaching a file to your email. I am guessing that this is a .JPG file. Some email servers only will allow a certain size file. Is is a large file?? Is this the first time that you are having a problem with this on this machine?

Thanks
Steve
