Question about Plantronics PL-CS55 Wireless Headset
Im having a problem with The CS55... Im currently using a Cisco phone model number 7960... I have everything hooked up but nothing seems to work. My mic doesnt work, i can sometimes hear the customer but its inceadibly crackley.. and the mic doesnt work
James, plug the phone cord that comes out of the back of the CS55 base into the handset port of the Cisco phone, not the headset port. Then plug the coily cord from the cisco receiver into the front of the CS55. Don't use the "Headset" button on your Cisco phone, just lift the receiver off.

The base unit has adjustments on the side and I beleive on the bottom. call someone and change these adjustments until you get them right.
