GE Oven not working

posted by fsarwari on Mar 21, 2008

My GE oven one day decided to just stop working. All the lights on the display are light up (888 88:88, SET, DELAY, BAKE, CLEAN, DOOR,...) All the oven buttons are not responding. The cooktop surfaces are working. I've tried unplugging the stove for a couple of hours and then plugging it back in.
I have the same problem.

hi

you may need a new control board. if your stove is in warranty contact the manufacturer, if not and you are handy you can find a replacement online and install it yourself. just be sure to unplug the stove before you work on it. if you need help with this please contact me.
