I have dell inspiron 1525 laptop , i am recently facing the problem that laptop hinges are shaking 5 to 10 mm front and back . other than this everything hardware and software are fine

the hinges screw into the laptop case. They've probably come loose through normal wear. You'll have to open the laptop case and tighten the hinge mounting screws. View or download the service manual at the following link:
http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/ins1525/en/index.htm

The service manual will show you how to disassemble the laptop so you can get to the hinge mounting screws. Look under "Display"-->"Display Assembly" in the manual.

You can purchase the display hinges for the notebook from any local computer parts reseller. For your convenience, I am providing you the part number of the display hinge compatible to your notebook. Please note that the display hinges, hinge covers, hinge screw caps, and display bumpers are included in the Miscellaneous Plastics Kit.

Terca M1 Loose Display Hinge

The hinge can't be repaired, but it can be replaced. It's feasible to do it yourself if you're tech savy. Just look online for guides that show you how to replace the hinge on any laptop and you should get an idea how to do the replacement step by step for this specific model. Most hinge mechanisms use the same system. I work for Computer Repair NYC and i have to fix this problem a lot, you can get the hinge on ebay.
