How to delete past jobs?

This is the method to delete print jobs in the Queue by Microsoft.
If this is not working, then try this method.
Press Winkey+r
In the run dialog write msconfig
An other dialog-box will appear, there you will see many tabs (Click Services)
In the list find "Print Spooler" (UNCHECK it)
Click Apply,
Restart Your PC, and turn on the service again by Checking it (It may Start Automatically)
Another Method:
Open your C:\ Driver
Goto Windows folder
Then System32 folder
Goto spool folder
In the spool folder there will be a folder named PRINTERS
Delete all the files in that Folder.
You are done.
Hopefully, one of them will work, Best of Luck.
Regards,
Waqar.

Secured print

Most copiers will only hold a job in secure print for so long. It may have timed out and deleted the job. You should be able to change how long it holds jobs from the configuration menus. Don't set it to never delete because the hard drive will fill up.
