Question about Sharp AR-M280N Copier
This unit was purchased a year ago used and represented to have working scanning kit. The scanning system worked properly for a year and then ceased recognizing email addresses, thus it will not scan and ship to Sharpdesk file anymore. Several Sharp techs who are familiar with this particular system and who know that it was scanning properly have said that for whatever reason, the system is not reflecting a product key anymore. We call Sharp and they are unable to locate the scanner in their registry.
How could it scan properly for that period of time, which would infer that the product key was entered into the system, and then cease to recognize scanner when nothing more has been altered or manipulated with the machine. The system does not contain a product key and I do not have this information and Sharp is saying that they do not have this information.
