Have you installed the software for the joystick?

Go to this page, select the Operating System you have and download the software. Should fix issue.

Where is the port to plug in a game controller

Your controller needs to be a USB 2.0, they can be directly plugged in.You still need a driver so your computer knows what just got plugged into it.After you install the drivers you can configure it by going to Control Panel-Printers and other Hardware-Game Controllers.

The keys on my Logitech wireless keyboard have stopped working. New batteries installed. Shortcut keys to email, Internet home page, and calculator are working.

Did you press the connect button located underneath your keyboard and still didn't work?
  • It might need some cleaning?
  • Also check if is a key that has been stucked. Sometimes, removing keys and putting them back on will solve the problem.
  • See if the USB bluetooth is connected properly.
  • Check under the Device Manager. You might also need the Logitech updated driver???

Think for the possibilities. Let us know if one of the solutions worked for you.

How to use gamepads with pc games

There are two types of gamepads you can connect to your computer. One is the game port on the sound card and the other is through USB port. Either way once you plug it into your computer you need to go to control panel and configure your device. Click on Switch to Classic View first if option is avaliable. Then double click on Game Controllers. Then you have two options, if a usb device has being detected then you will be able toclick on properties and configure the device. If not, you will have to click on add and select from a list of gamepads and select the one closets to your device. Then click on properties and configure the device. Follow on screen instructions.

Now once you have done the above you will also need to configure the controller gamepad in the game itself under options and under input devices/joysticks.

Good luck! Please rate after you are completed!

USB Ports

one way would be to download and install latest device drivers from the net. it should help.. if you are using win XP, there is likely a BIOS or Windows configuration problem. On some computers there is a configuration option in the BIOS that asks whether an IRQ should be assigned to USB. Although the option's actual wording varies among BIOS manufacturers, you must enable this option by setting it to either On or Yes (depending on your BIOS manufacturer and BIOS version). Otherwise no USB devices will work on XP. A problem with Windows XP’s USB Controller configuration can also prevent any USB devices from working. To determine whether the USB controllers are working properly, open Device Manager and expand the Universal Serial Bus Controllers node. Beneath this node, you should see a USB Universal Host Controller and a USB Root Hub. Depending on your PC, there will either be a USB Universal Host Controller and a USB Root Hub listed for each of your computer’s USB ports or a USB Universal Host Controller and USB Root Hub for multiple ports
