From what I understand through QVC where I purchased my Ultrex Model LT 512 deep fryer, the Ultrex Company is no longer in existence. My detachable cord go destroyed, so I am looking to purchase a replacement through www.theconsumerlink.com T-Fal appliance replacement parts listing. Maybe you will find a compatible fryer and then order that manual.
