Question about Mitsubishi VS-50707 50" Rear Projection Television
When you turn it on it wants to turn off sometimes it stays on for a min ute or two then shuts off it started this problem when we transported it from one room to another no problem when moving it
1. You might check for poor solder connections on the vertical output IC. It may also be some bad capacitors in the power circuits.
2. Solder up the convergence ics to start.
3. Press menu and input at the same time when set won't power up. Read the error code displayed by led.
4. Misubishi may have overfilled the coolant gel in the CRTs when they were first made, and that the gel dripped right on a board which may have then caused problems.
Depending on what you find based on this, you may have to call a technician if you can't find the problem on your own. Please post anything else you may have questions on with this tv. Thank you and good luck!
