You need to boot up machine, my toshiba uses F12 to control boot options,F2 to enter BIOS, Your machine is trying to boot from network not cd/dvd or hard drive. you have to change to boot order to cd/dvd or hard drive and make sure they are before network as a boot option,

hard drive is missing from the system. Or, just does not recognize it.
obvious - Remove any USB devices like drives and any media from disc player.
Its trying to load, but can't find bootable hard drive, CD, or USB...
the hard drive and re-seat (reconnect). Check BIOS by pressing an F key
during boot. Look on the screen for correct Function key. Might be F2 key.
Verify BIOS recognizes the drive. It must be listed! There is no going
forward if it's not. Check boot order and make internal hard drive first.
Save and restart.
pxe-e61 (media test failure, check cable) and pxe-m0f (exiting pxe rom), your laptop is not detecting your hard drive so it cannot boot. Try this, remove anything that it is attached to your laptop (external drive, external camera or the likes) and try rebooting. If that does not work you have to open your hard disk drive bay located at the back of your laptop and carefully remove it then place it back again make sure that the screws are complete and are not loose.
Reply if pulling out your hard drive did'nt work.
This error indicates the hard drive is not detected or not plugged in. Open the case and see if the hard drive cabling is connected. Some SATA cables don't stay connected particularly if the cables do not latch properly.
Ok ...that message about the PXE is showing up because the computer cant find an operating system on the hard drive for some reason.
