try putting both thumbs on back panel and push in one direction try all four direction's one at a time the panel will slightly move now grab the edge sticking out and wiggle loose do not force it will come loose don't get frustrated, if not working put it down and do something else for one minute then try again this panel can drive you crazy. good luck
if the problem u described is for real, m sorry to say that u need to format ur phone. Its because when u start ur phone, u see only Nokia logo. But inside, it prepares files which are required to start the phone & to keep it runnin for a long time. if any of these files gets corrupted or missing, ur phone wont start. so I'll suggest u, dont go here & there, go to Nokia Priority Care, and ask them to format it.
The first step is to find out if the password is on your sim card. If
you already know that it is on your sim card skip this step. Turn off
your phone and open it up. You should see your battery. On most phones
your sim card is located under the battery. When you find your sim card
remember exactly how it goes into it's slot and take it out.
battery back into the phone and turn it back on. It will tell you that
your sim card is missing and on most phones ask you if you want to
start without a sim card. Press yes and see if it asks you for your
password. If it does not, then the password is on your sim card. Put the
sim card back into your phone and call your service provider. Tell them
that you forget the password to turn on your phone. They should be able
to tell you what you password is after they ask you a few questions.
the password was not on your sim card, then call your cell phone
provider and ask them how to reset your password.
Service provider: Verizon, Vodafone etc are service providers. Cell phone provider: Samsung is a cell phone provider.
Please inform if your problem is solved or not. If not, then we will see what we can do.
Contact your network for a warranty repair on the handset every mobile phone purchased has a warranty period of at least 1 year and this covers only manufacturing faults . when you contact your network you will be required to go through some checks just to make sure that it is faulty and that it was a manufacturers fault .
