Question about Dell A920 InkJet Printer
When I scan items, I get a black block covering nearly 1/3 of the document. Can you help me with this problem?

Wow..that's most likely from the scan settings..make sure that the area you are scanning in your software is showing all the image of what's on the glass..

Scanners speed is influenced by the quality chosen in document productions. Selecting impressionful color saturation requires time to produce results. Use the menu buttons on the scanner to select least saturated color pixels.
