Re: Error Code 09,038.46:103468 help!
That code is a back stick count failure.
You want to look in your ink loader, see if there is a stick jammed, twisted, broken or in anyother way out of place or hung up in the slot.
Be sure you loaded a 8550 stick also, since the shapes on the different phaser printer sticks are all different.
You may have to carefully remove the black sticks and reload them. You can take a screw and screw it into the ink stick, slide it back and remove.
Most likely you will find a gap in the ink sticks causing the problem. Here are the Xerox support page instructions.
Open and close the Top Cover to resolve the problem.
If the problem persists, arrange the ink sticks until there are no spaces between sticks of the same color.
Check for non 8500/8550 ink sticks jammed in the ink load chutes. If non 8500/8550 ink sticks, whether manufactured by Xerox or by a non-Xerox ink vendor, caused the ink sick jam, contact support to place a service call.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Hey Syl20 Bel, thank you for your post!
Based off the information you have provided your Electrolux cooktop is displaying an error code of "E 35". The error code means that the cooking zones could have a low voltage. This could be an issue within the filter board or power supply. You may want to seek help from a professional technician to help verify which component that would need to be replaced. A technician will have the appropriate tools needed to test each component as well as the knowledge to properly disassemble the cooktop. I hope this information is helpful to you. -Matt
Hey Andy, thank you for your post!
From what you have described your Frigidaire dryer, GLEQ2152ES, is running for a few seconds and then displaying an error code of "PF". The error code of "PF" means there is a power failure and this could be an issue within your control panel or power source. I would suggest performing a reset, this could help clear our any miscommunications within the panel, and you can do this by disconnecting the power cord for at least ten minutes. I hope that this information is helpful towards your repair. -Matt
Hey Kimberly, thank you for your inquiry!
I understand that the door on your Frigidaire range is locked and it will not start a self-clean cycle, it is also displaying an error code of "F91". The "F91" error code means that the door has exceeded maximum oven door unlock time. This means you could be experiencing an issue with your door latch, control panel, or a miscommunication within the range. To clear out a miscommunication within your range you need to disconnect power from it for at least ten minutes. I hope that this information is helpful to you. -Matt
Hey Ervin, thanks for your inquiry!
From the information you have provided your Frigidaire washer is displaying an error code of "E47". An "E47" error code means that the board thinks the door circuit is open in spin. This could be potential issue with the door lock or main control board. A reset could help correct this issue and to perform a reset you would need to disconnect power from it for at least ten minutes. We hope this information is helpful to some degree. -Matt
