I had the same problem. It started when I tried to play an MP3 track from a "Creative Zen Vision M" Media Player. The result was the same as you describe = Maddening. It was extremely annoying that the CD player did not work. I thought I had broken the equipment.

Then my wife read the product hand book , and noticed on page 2 http://jvcmobile.co.uk/documents/products/KD-G431%20Instructions.pdf it showed, where using a pen you can reset the equipment back to the original settings. I thought I might as well give a try. It worked = Fixed. Amazing. I was so relieved. Such an easy solution.

Give it a go. I reckon there is a good chance it will fix your problem, and you will also be very relieved. Just use a basic MP3 player in future. GOOD LUCK !!!

Kenwood KDC-MP832U display not working

I had this problem! It was the Cars Battery. Kenwoods unit's fade or go completely blank when there is little power to power the stereo. Try charging your battery or grabing a new one from a scrappy! I was all over the net looking for help but finally sorted it!

P.S. My younger brother had to do the exact thing and it worked for him as well!!!

Hi, I have the Panasonic SA-EN9, and if you plug your mp3 player (I have and ipod) into the auxiliary socket you should be able to play it by pressing the AUX button on the remote provided.
Hope It Helps :)

Playing mp3 files

if that is only a simple/usual reciever then you simply hook your laptop speaker out to any available line in of your receiver like aux, CD, DVD, video aux. but not the phono in please. you are just using the receiver as a simple amplifier for your laptop. is that what you need to know mam?

just post your comment if you have a different query. Regards/Reden
