Since there is a newer PCI 2.0 Express connection on newer computers, you can get your video cards cheaper now. You will notice a huge improvement with any video card you choose since onboard video is about the worst. Just remember to go into the device manager and disable onboard video card after you install the new video card.

Sorry but 99% of all laptop have integrated video card. and so is yours. There are some USB to video connectors as an option but as an upgrade, there is none. Hope that tells you what you wanted to know.
THe best performance would be achieved by upgrading this PC to the maximum allowed. If you are not sure the max, go to www.crucial.com and enter in your model. The video card is not as important. If the hard drive is slow or the performance is still slow after a memory upgrade, you might want to reformat and reinstall Windows.
