Making a spongecake with a Magimix cuisine 5200

I am doing something wrong - I made perfect sponges with the Magimix I had for 20 years - but with my new machine the sponges look beautifully risen in the oven but when I take them out they have risen away from the parchment underneath leaving a gap.Am I using the wrong blade?
