Firstley at the bottom of screen pess spanner then press time, then set time zone to Europe-west came back out and time on unit was wright.
in the main screen press on the tool icon or settings icon
in the settings screen select time
in the time settings you can press on Restore settings
to restore the original time or change it from the time zone
setting, you can also change the time format and daylight saveings on the same page.
