One and only one of the locations we fax to receives all of our faxes and only our faxes landscape instead of portrait. Why?
I have the same problem.

Because they are being sent landscape to you.

Alternately...Reset the fax machine.

Monitor key slowly 4 times

( CAUTION machine will reboot to factory defaults and blow out all speed dial numbers) [the LAST resort]
