Your TV is a DLP one lamp does it all, not like the old projection TVs with the Red, Green & Blue CRTs. Your TV may have a bad light engine or lose cable connections.
The color wheels will never fix an issue like that. The only things that will cause that issue is a bad DMD board which is part of the light engine or the digital board which is not. Freak Squad need to replace the digital board.

You have probably have installed the wrong lamp or you installed a third party/off brand Lamp. If that is the case anything other than a Factory replacement Lamp will have a different color temprature. Install a Lamp that is listed from the manufacture.
I relaced a bulb and then my vivitek 56" started to do wierd color flickering, turns out that there was dust in the color wheel. I fixed by taking off the back and with can of air blew lightly into the color wheel area ( has tiny hole) I didn't put the nozzle through the holes. But the minute I did that a big piece of dust came out and tv is working great. Hope it helps
This is usually caused by the tuner which loses the chrominance part of
the NTSC signal. Your did not say how you have it connected but it you
try using a composite video input (yellow jack) and get the color OK
than it must be the tuner which is not cheap but is worth having
replaced.
Hope Ya Fix it!
