Where to find user manual

Need a user manual for everex gBookVA1500V

My laptop is brand new and a headache. It came with NO users guide and is hard to get into. Have never gotten to connect online with it and now for some reason can't even get on. Tells me not correct users name. What can I do to start over with this laptop. Thanks, Theresa

Don't understand for sure what you are looking in relation to Word 2007. Do you want a users manual for it?
