my L6 has no sound. I cannot access camera, messages or contacts. EWhat might be the cause of this/

power on the phone , press the menu key in the middle of the keypad , scroll down to initial setup then scroll down and select the master reset then enter the default code 000000 hopefully you have not changed it if you have then enter the code you changed it to.

you can install games by using your web or you need a special software to install them but you will need to source the internet for this.
