Ok, this is how to get OFFICE up without serial or keyg*n i do not know about account etc.
Run the installer and DO NOT PUT IN A SERIAL!

After Office is installed, DO NOT OPEN ANY OFFICE PROGRAM!!

Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Office 12\Office Setup\ Controller\Proof.en

Inside the folder, edit the xml file in notepad...
...find where it says

<OptionRef Id="AlwaysInstalled"/>
</Feature>
and replace "AlwaysInstalled" with "neverinstalled" and save.

I have the same problem with the same board (KB-3150). The 12v supply is regulated directly from the mains using two large 21 Ohm resistors, a bridge rectifier and a Zenier diode. On my board the resistors and zenier diode have burnt out - they are brown and the PCB is scorched. The components are easy to source and replace, but the toaster is so cheap that it isn't worth paying someone to do the work.

Error 90 is a communication error between the SY board and the KY board. Possible loose cable or bad electrolytic capacitor(s).

VO is vent sticking open, in top of tub upper right. You may be able to clean if not replace it.

In the Capture tool the Icon that looks like a deck. If you click that till it has a circle with a redline through it that disable deck control for recording VO.

No, this U-Matic VO-9800p ist a PAL Model, it only Records in SP and High Band Mode. If a SP Tape is inserted, it Records SPMode, otherwise High Band. Low Band Mode is only for Playback !
(Low Band Playback is of very poor Quality, do not use this for Digital DVD Captureing )
