SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Which BGP show command for internal prefix count?

Question:
I have two WS-C3560V2-48TS-S routers (R1 and R2); R1 has the full BGP table and some local connections to. They are all being advertise to it's iBGP neighour R2. I can't find a command that I can run on R2 that will show the number of prefixes learnt from R1 that are internal to the local AS only. It just says 425~k which is all the Internet routes and the local ones.
What command can I use for this?
Answer:
the local AS originated networks has AS path attribute empty.
So you could define an ip as-path acl matching an empty string
ip as-path access-list 1 permit ^$
then you can invoke the as-path access-list as a filter action on show ip bgp on R2
show ip bgp filter-list 1
see
BGP command reference
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios-xml/ios/iproute_bgp/command/bgp-s1.html#GUID-2618748E-42ED-495A-875C-D398A02D79F9

At this point it is enough to count the lines in show ip bgp filter-list 1 output to count the routes that are originated in the local AS at R1 WS-C3560X-24P-L Price and received on R2 and installed on R2.

What Files Will Be Displayed in the Flash Memory in Addition to the Default Startup System Software Package and Configuration File?

After a device is powered on, it initializes the configuration by reading the configuration file from the flash memory. When you run the dir flash: command in the user view, the following information is displayed:
<HUAWEI> dir flash:
Directory of flash:/

Idx Attr Size(Byte) Date Time FileName
0 -rw- 812 Jan 01 2008 00:00:56 private-data.txt
1 -rw- 948 Jan 01 2008 07:16:55 vrpcfg.zip
2 -rw- 90,602 Jan 03 2008 03:58:15 v200r008sph001.pat
3 -rw- 6,418,980 Jan 19 2008 20:19:42 s2700-v100r005.cc
4 -rw- 12,240 Jan 03 2008 04:52:43 $_patchstate_reboot

14,632 KB total (8,228 KB free)
In the command output:
· The private-data.txt file saves service initialization data. Initialization data of some tasks is irrelevant to the configuration and is not recorded in the configuration file. The private-data.txt file records initialization data of these tasks, for example, the number of times the device restarts.
· The $_patchstate_reboot file records the patch status. This file is created after the device runs a patch and cannot be deleted. The file records the status of all patches, for example, the active state and running state.
· The v200r008sph001.pat is a patch file. The file name extension of patch files is .pat.
Sometimes, the flash memory saves a notilogindex.txt file. If a destination host is configured for Inform traps, the number recorded in this file is used as the initial serial number and filled in the Request ID field in Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) packets. The system starts a timer when the SNMP task starts and updates the file every 12 hours.

Forgot password of Adtran NetVanta 1224R Switch

  1. Recovering passwords requires direct physical access to a unit. This procedure cannot be performed remotely over Telnet, SSH, or the Web GUI.
  2. Connect a straight through serial cable to the console port of the unit.
  3. Configure a VT100 session (i.e. HyperTerminal or ProComm) using the following settings: 9600 bps, 8 bits, no parity, 1 stop bit and no flow control.
  4. Reboot the unit by removing the power.
  5. As the unit boots, you will be given the opportunity to break into bootstrap mode by pressing the ESC key within 5 seconds.
  6. While in the monitor mode issue the following commands:
Bootstrap# bypass passwords
Bootstrap# boot

Notice that you are issuing the boot command not the reload command following the bypass passwords command. Once the unit has finished booting up, you can issue the enable command and you will not be required to enter the privileged (i.e. enable) password. Once you are in privileged mode, you can view the configured passwords by using the show run command. A new password can also be entered by going into global configuration mode by using config terminal command and issuing the enable password <word> command where <word> is the new password. Also remember to change any Telnet, SSH or Web GUI passwords if necessary.

Below is a sample output of these steps:
