Remove it from camera, install it in a USB Memory Card Reader. If your computer recognizes it, format it.
If won't accept format, try installing a low level format tool, like HDD LLF Low Level Format Tool http://hddguru.com/software/HDD-LLF-Low-Level-Format-Tool/

Your DVD player will accept only Divx disc ( AVI files ) So use an encoder to convert your files into AVI before you write them. The standard DVD is a format called MPEG 2 and don't confuse it with MPEG4. Download the program for free from the link given below for your conversion. http://www.ojosoft.com/how-to-convert/mp4-to-divx-converter.html.
Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
Locate and then click the following entry in the registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionpoliciesExplorerNoDriveTypeAutorun
Right-click NoDriveTypeAutoRun, and then click Modify.
In the Value data box, type 0xFF todisable all types of drives. Or, to selectively disable specificdrives, use a different value as described in the "How to selectivelydisable specific Autorun features" section.
Download and install the low level format tool using the link provided below, http://hddguru.com/download/software/HDDGURU-Low-Level-Format-Tool/LLFsetup.2.36.1181.exe
Format your Flash Drive using this tool. After this format, please make sure to format it once normally by right clicking on removable disc in My Computer and click format. Second format is neccessary since low level format will remove the File System data even and second format will again create that file system. Also, please make sure that you select FAT32 as the file system while formatting it for the second time.
Only low-level formatting could do the trick to get rid of that pesky virus that infected your drive. You can Google search for a third party software for low-level formatting, after doing this try to format it the normal way by right-clicking it on "My Computer" and format it. Try to back-up your files on your pendrive first before you do this.
