Hi stopped to fuel up my Ktm 640 adventure 2000

Stopped to fuel up my Ktm 640 adventure and it just wouldn't start after that. The electric start switch has no response at all is like pressing a dead button as does not even crank. Kick has no effect either, any suggestions?

The engine is running too rich. The carburator needs tuning to get the fuel mixture correct or the choke may be stuck in a partially closed position.
