Question about Kenwood KDC-MP235 CD Player
Screen says PROTECT and nothing works
Protect:- The speaker wire has a short circuit, or touches the chassis of the vehicle, then the Protect function is activated. Wire or insulate the cable properly and then press the reset button. If the "Protect" code does not disappear, consult your nearest service centre.

U need to reset the sucurity code on the unit, if u bought the unit new .or have the manual, it should tell u how to do this. if not contact kenwood and see if they can help
