This is a crt projection tv and has no lamp. It has three pic tubes. If you explain the problem may be we can help better. As of now the standby power supply to dm board is bad.
Sounds like bad lamp
Most likely bulb is out or pulling too much power. Also have fans cleaned that cool the projector and bulb.
Had the same problem. It is a bad capacitor. The 'cp150'. You should also go ahead and replace the cp120 and cp114 capacitors as well. Might as well go ahead and replace the flyback too. All of them together will run you about 80 bucks. Can you solder??

OK, Here is another easy Fix, The problem is your Thermal Fuse is no Good (open) This can be found near the lamp housing. To fix this, you need to take the back off. Remove the Fan, look into the lamp housing. There is a plug with a small black tip mounted near the lamp. This need to be changed. Its just unplugging one cable and put the new on in. Part Number 1-910-023-93, average cost $4.80

could be power supply problem or high voltage problem. check caps in main power supply first.look for caps that have tops puffed up ususlly three or four.....
