My screen show i got 1 unread sms but i cant find the message in

you can contact the mobile service provider.............

either u have some unread sms or ur inbox memory is full.
check if any unread sms are there , if not then see the blink still there after emptying ur inbox!

check whether you have moved any unread messages into other folders. if not reply me..

Your Inbox Only support 200 sms... And when I say Inbox it includes your My folder as well... So you see 197+ 26 beyond your range... Delete Data from my Folder.... Problem solved.

Do you RECEIVE messages? May not be set up right. Call your service provider and have them walk you through it

go to messages

click on All Messages (bottom left)

now click on Inbox (Top left)

a drop down menu appears
there check to see if there are any unread messages in any of the other accounts

also in your sms/mms inbox scroll down to see if you have received any messages on an older date that you might have skipped

It seems your message box is full. delete all the messages from sent box first to clear some memory. Then try to see if you can get the unread messages.

I have deleted all my mails in all folders...but yet there is still 1 unread message..there is nothing left in my folders inbox, spam, drafts, sent

remove your sim for about 5 minutes then put back in.. hope this will work..
