Escient DVDM100 cannot see Sony DVP-CX777ES .I replace new comunication cables R232 and S link. Nothing happen. I download update for DVM 100 and again nothing happen.Please help.

The RS232 cable must be a NULL MODEM (available at cables to go), not a regular cable. Also, you should NOT connect the S-link cable.
