Phone turns off momentarily and reboots when I try to retrieve messages.
When I try to retrieve messages in the inbox, the moment I press the "OK" button, the phone momentarily turns off, then re-boots, then the screen is white until I push the END button twice. It only does this when checking the inbox. I tried the paper between the cover and the battery with no help. What gives?
