Question about Xerox Phaser 7700 Laser Printer
On switch on keeps displaying Tektronix Phaser 7700 by Xerox
A yellow line is comming on both sides of the printout when i print using my phaser 7700

The Printer's Front Panel Displays Continually Tektronix Phaser 7700 by Xerox Logo
The printer is unable to boot past the postscript initialization tests.
Fixed! Did not fix.
TRY FIRST (Solutions without parts):
Verify printer is plugged into a dedicated power source.
TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS AND HINTS:
Try booting the printer into diagnostic mode and resetting Engine NVRAM. Occasionally the printer can be recovered by resetting the values from the hard drive to the engine board.
