Microwave portion not working (by 6 users)

oven light turns on and plate rotates and sounds normal but food does not get hot.

Same problem here. Sometimes if I slam the door a few times it starts working again. This time it I can't get it going. Like others have said the light, fan and turntable come on but no heating of the food occurs.

The microwave part of the Advantium is not working. The light does come on and the plate turns, but the food does not heat. The convection part of the oven seems to be working, but maybe not as strongly as prior to the problem.

I also have the same problem although mine makes more noise than normal.
