Duet Washer, clothes dripping wet

My Duet washer is not draining all the water out. My clothes are DRIPPING wet when the cycle is complete. I pulled the filter and cleaned it out, still same problem. The hoses all look clear with a flashlight.

Set it for a drain/spin cycle and watch it 12 min. doesit sound like the pump is kicking on???? if so is it removing water??? (you should hear it or see it exiting out hte drain hose.) next is it actually spinning at full speed by min 7 in the display it should start ramping up to the final full rpm spins, usually faults out if there a problem with unit itself, otherwise its a user end issue. you ARE usinf HE detergent right? not just a little less of regular soap! although it sounds good HE detergent actually designed for yuse qith the frontloading products, too much suds causes , no hide speed spin aas well as a SUD in the display

Why are clothes/towels still quite wet after going through complete cycle?

Charlotte,
Without knowing the brand, we can only give you an idea of what might be the problem, but it obviously did not get up to the proper speed when spinning the water out since you have very wet close. If you can reply back with the brand and model of your washer, we can help you better.

What has happened is that your water pump has gone out and it cannot pump the water out of the washers tub. This is a common issue and replacing the pump is not that hard assuming you have the time, effort, tools and energy.

When washer finishes cycle and spins out water will start dripping into the washer and will get the clothes wet if not taken out

You have a faulty water inlet valve which needs to be replaced. If it's cold water dripping into the machine then it's the cold water inlet valve.

The spin cycle will not spin properly, the clothes at the bottom are still dripping wet and I do not overfill the washer, and its on all cycles

Your drain pump is not draining properly. Remove from washer and inspect the pump section. Check for blockages or obstruction in the pipes.

Clothes are still soaking wet after spin cycle

But is the washer empty, if there is still some water in it, there could be something in the drain line,
if all the water is gone, then it sounds like the washer is not reaching the full speed of the spin cycle.

Unless someone can remove the drain line and check the pump, and check the clutch of the machine,
I am sorry to say you should call an appliance person and have them make a service call.

If you where to post the model # of the washer, someone could look at the manual of it and see
how the washer works and what the pump is. I hope it is a simple fix for you.

Neptune washer

If the water is draining out o.k. then either there is no signal from the water level pressure switch, no signal from the control board or a problem with the Spin windings.

Washer/Dryer not drying

is your dryer a conderser type
does it have a tank that you have to empty at the end of cycles
if it does the filter that condensers the water from drying cycle
if that is blocked it will not work
