I think you'll find that the best way to unlock a phone is through your local phone store, they will unlock any phone for a small fee. I'm sure there is someone out there who can do it for you, but I doubt you'll find it here because it is very likely illegal to do on your own, and anyone willing to go through that would probably not do it for free. The most legal and easiest option is to just take it into a mobile phone store and ask them what it will cost, you'll probably be pleasently suprised.
