What is the error e225-002 on a faxphone L100 ?

Can't find exactly the error, but e225 indicates in internal error...unfortunately the 002 indicates exactly where the error is occurring and can't find that indicated anywhere.

Found a few suggestions that a firmware update can fix a number of e225 errors. Firmware can be download directly from the Canon website here.

Failing that, Canon's direct support number is 800-652-2666

Error code E225 on Canon
1. CIS lamp is bad.

SOLUTIONS:
1. Turn the power OFF and then back ON.
2. Replace the CIS unit.

When i on my printer the error message saying systeme error E225 how to fix?

I think error e225 is about the scanner..try to switched on the printer and lift the scanner lid to see what is happening inside, maybe some parts of the scanner is not align..
