Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3c Cellular Phone

My Razr V3c will only turn on when plugged in to Charger or computer

My Razr V3c will only turn on when it's plugged in for charging the battery or plugged into my laptop. I tried 3 batteries and the same thing is happening. The moment I unplug the USB cable from my phone it will turn off and is unable the turn on again unless it's plugged in. Please Help

Sounds like the connections to the Batteries are worn down or dirty try cleaning with alcohol...

probably your units charging system is faulty. you could charge the battery from somewhere else then put it back and see. direct battery charging can also help boos a battery especially if it has stopped charging due to a very low battery.

We had a new battery it Razr/V3c and the phone is working but try to charged the battery and it say "unable to charged" i need to know why it not working.


hi ... i think your battery charge is gone under minimum limit ... Please try charging your mobile with another battery and try to switch on your mobile and after five min remove the battery, charge with your battery and see whether its charging or wat??

Razr will not charge with wall charger


Your charger is faulty. If your phone is able to charge off of other sources (computer, car charger, another wall charger) Then, the charger needs to be replaced. Some mobile companies have a 90 warranty on accessories like the charger and battery. Then the mobile manufacture (Motorola) has a 1 year warranty on the charge and battery. I would check on that, and get those replaced.

Battery will not charge with a new RAZR V3C phone


the usb charging port may need to be service or replaced so it would be best to take the phone to a mobile repair and have it done.

Problems charging


Charger might be bad. You can take it to a cell phone shop and they will test it for you. If it's bad usually your provider will replace it for free.

Phone wont hold a charg and wont turn on


what you have to do is to clean your phone using isoprophyl alcohol i mean you clean the main mother board then you dry it using hair dryer ,after all that try to replace the battery it has reach it death neal the cells inside they are no longer able to hold the charge.advice by dogy.

Screen Issue


take it to best buy or the store you hot it from and have them give you a new phone, or fix it, but be sure to git your memory stick back so you dont loose all your c\ontacts n "stuff".
