MPx220 - Master Reset
How do I do a Master Reset?
To do a Master Reset:
Power the phone off.
Press and hold the BLUE action key.
While holding down the action key turn the power back on.
You will then get a prompt asking for confirmation of a Master Reset.
Note: This will NOT delete the
file manager but all memory contents and phone settings will be erased.
Please recomend that any data be backed up before performing a Master
Reset on the MPx220.
Carla,
Those friends are right in saying so. Your firmware has got corrupted and needs replacement. Please go to the service center of motorola and get it done.
Your Sim Card Has Been Disabled. Please try with a different SIM.
If this is happening again the phone is defective. Since it is a new phone it is under warranty and it can be repaired for free as long it is defective.
