Need to clean out your fans and cooling fins around the fan, cpu and the vents inside and outside computer. Check to make sure the fan isn't slowing down. Bad bearings in the fan will cause more friction and cause it to run slow and not cool as well.
I replaced my screen on my 5570z, i purchased it off of ebay for 130.00 shipped, but make sure you check out there feedback, and make sure they have a ZERO dead pixel return policy. Some are sneaky and will not let you return it if you have less than 3 dead pixels.
