In normal case to change the language of the operating system press HOME > MENU, then tap Settings > Locale & text > Select Locale and then select the language you want to use.
If you have installed 'rom' by selecting a language after purchase then the only way to change it is to install a new rom with the language you want. The issue is that Windows Mobile does not allow the user to change the language of the rom once it is installed.
You need to contact HTC to ask them for a replacement rom that is in English.
Hope this helps,

1) Click Menu 2) Move through the menu until you find something which resembles "Settings & Tools" (If you know what language your phone is currently in, you can use an online translator to help.) -Spanish "configuraci?n" -German "Einstellungen" 3)Click something which resembles "Phone Settings" -Spanish "Programaci?n del tel?fono" -German "Telefon-Einstellungen" 4)Click something which resembles "Language" -Spanish "Idioma" -German "Sprache" 5)Choose English, and hit ok.
Step 1. Open your LG Neon and click the Menu button. Step 2. Come to Settings & Tools. Step 3. Click Phone Settings. Step 4. Click Language. Step 5. Select the language you want your LG Neon displayed, English or Spanish as the language displayed. Step 6. Click OK.
At first go to setting-----then phone setting(no 4 option)----after that language(no 1 option)-----after that you have a option screen text please select on English---and the final option input language please select on English..........
Well, I would think there would be a language selection somewhere. So probably the easiest thing to do would be to go to the main menu of the phone (hopefully that is pretty easy to fine even if you don't know how to read German) and go to an online translator and type in the different options and translate them and just kinda keep looking around and doing that until you find the language settings and switch it to English. Might be kind of tedious, and if there turn out not to be language settings (i would assume there would be though) then might not help at all. But it's the only thing I can think of. Hope that helps.
