- Hi, my hotpoint aquarius wf541 door will not open after cycles, waited and waited, tried spins and rinses, still nothing. turned off at mains currently, hoping that the machine will get bored of this game and will give us our clothes back! (no error codes showing)Thanks in advance

- I have the same problem. I opened up the washer (2 screws on back), and reached down to manually release the lock. I got it open, but noticed that a broken piece dropped out from the handle area. My deduction is that this piece had broken off, and caused the handle to stop functioning, therefore the door would not open. I guess now I need a new handle--where can I get it replaced?- Guest

Hi there, the door on my AWG 329 1100 (whirlpool) is stuck shut, with the washing inside!Very fustrating! Any help would be great,
