Prints low on the card and darker

For no apparent reason (nothing was changed), our printer suddenly began printing cards about 1/4 inch low which leaves a white space at the top and cuts off part of the signature block at the bottom. It also prints slightly darker turning yellow into almost an orange. We printed 8 cards with the same result. Also rebooted the computer.
