My SMy Sony Video Camera quit playing the tapes while I was recording. The motor quit playing the tapes while I was recording.  The motor runs fine but the screen is blank.  Is this a dirty head problem?

Your expert suggested getting a head cleaning cartridge which I've ordered. We'll hope that solves the problem. Thanks for asking.
